An online registration form is available below to request a vote by mail kit. The deadline to apply is Friday, October 14 at 4:00 p.m.

Accessible Voting

ASL Interpreter

Appointments can be made to have an ASL sign language interpreter. An interpreter can be booked for a virtual meet up to help the voter on election day at the location they choose. Staff will ensure that the technology is at the voting location on the day and at the time of the appointment with the interpreter. Contact the City Clerk’s Office by October 17, 2022.

Masked and Scent-Reduced

October 8, 9 and 10th at City Hall, 1 Carden St. A scent-reduced and fully masked service is available upon request. 

Audio Tactile Interface

 

For voters who wish to use the Audio Tactile Interface (ATI) Handheld Touch Pad, Paddles or Sip and Puff devices, Victoria Road Recreation Centre: 151 Victoria Road North will be equipped with all three accessible ballot marking devices.

Vote from home service

Request by contacting the City Clerk’s Office by phone at 519-837-5625 or by email at guelphvotes@guelph.ca.

Appointments will be available during business hours from October 11 to October 14, 2022. The deadline to request an appointment is Friday, October 14 at 12:00 p.m.

General Accessibility

On election day, October 24, voters will be able to vote at any location in their ward. All voting locations with accessible voting devices meet full accessibility standards.
